2017 Kia Niro 4dr SUV

104-horsepower 1.6L I4 Hybrid 6-speed automated manual FWD

80 mi Ambient temperature sensor wasn't working. Showing erratic values or "--". Caused check engine light to come on. Dealer had to diagnose with Kia corporate. A pin was loose in a wiring harness. 
8000 mi Ambient temperature sensor being flaky again (repeat of earlier problem). Caused check engine light to come on for a while, but then cleared itself. Dealer replaced the entire wiring harness for the ambient temperature sensor.
