Received an alert that the parking brake needed to be serviced. Two warning lights appeared on the dashboard: one was about the parking brake and the other about about stability control. Dobbs performed a diagnostic check and said there was nothing that needed to be repaired. It was basically a computer electronics issue, and they reset the computer. |

The entire module and switch needed replacement and some unspecified wires required more than 3 hours of splicing and fixing. Labor was more than 950 dollars. I was charged more than 400 dollars for a part that cost less than 150 dollars from an OE GM website. |
