Fuel injector needed to be replaced. 
19389 mi Check engine light; fuel filler cap replaced. p0455 was stored in the car for EVAP large leak detected. went to control functions. put the system to 20% and sealed the system. watching the scale of vacuum it was dropped. turned off the car. hooked up smoke tester and smoked the EVAP system. smoke was found coming from the gas cap out the tank. unscrewed it and retighten it. gas cap kept leaking smoke. replaced the gas cap and it held smoke. cleared the codes and test drove the car. check engine light did not come back on. repairs completed. 
20483 mi Flashing CEL and running rough. Code indicated misfire on #6. Injector had no pressure drop. Checked ignition spark—passed. Performed fuel injector balance test, found fuel injector #6 has no pressure drop. Checked and verified injector pulse. Injector has internal open circuit. Replaced fuel injector #6, cleared DTC and test drove car.

3000 mi Belt noise caused by bad harmonic balancer. Replaced under warranty. 
750 mi Ultimately the ECU from the factory was defective. It took Chevrolet 90 days to diagnose and fix the issue.
