2000 mi blind spot warning malfunctioned, could not turn it on. dealer reloaded software, worked for 2 days now the problem is back. will visit dealer again soon. 
2900 mi as previously reported with defective blind spot sensor. reloading the software didn't help, tech then replaced blind spot sensor control unit and problem solved.
