2018 Hyundai Ioniq

Engine not specified

2200 mi Adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking both show intermittent errors, always at the same time. Most often this occurred when the front of the car had been in direct sunlight for two or more hours. The errors caused the cruise control and AEB to be disabled. After about five minutes of driving, if you stopped and restarted the car, the errors went away. One connector was repaired. Heat was causing it to expand and lose connectivity.
