After having had the catalytic convertor replaced several months ago, the check engine light came back on and Auto Zone again said it was the catalytic convertor. I brought it back to my mechanic, he said that sometimes things just fail. He didn't charge me for replacing that catalytic convertor, but then also found out the O2 sensors needed to be replaced.
