2021 Kia Stinger 4dr Hatch

turbocharged 365hp 3.3L V6 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD

21000 mi OK. So. I have now dropped the car off 4 times with the dealer. First for diagnosis, and they told me they would order parts. Brought the car for parts... 3 hour repair turned into 3 days. NOT FIXED. Brought the car back, they ordered more parts...parts came in, left the car again for 3 days...NOT FIXED. Brought the car back... on the second day, they provided a loaner, saying they were engaging Kia support. That was 2 WEEKS AGO, yesterday. The car has now been in the dealership for 19 days. I asked on Thursday for an update... they responded Wednesday saying they didn't really have details, but isn't it great they were able to provide a loaner? I engaged Kia corporate yesterday. I have no idea if they are unable, or unwilling to repair under warranty? Unfortunately, I have done some internet research...and to my shock, have found that the dealership has high marks for sales and finance... but abysmal service reviews! Of the 3-4 dealerships in the greater area (3 are 20+ mile drive away), all of the others have very high ratings. I have owned Subaru, Mazda, Honda, Acura, Audi, Porsche - and nothing in my life has approached this situation.
22000 mi Update on the multiple repairs. This time they kept my car for 4 weeks and 4 days, replacing a lower control arm. Why did it take so long? I dealt with Kia corporate, who eventually advised that though the dealership opened a case with Kia Tech Line, they would not respond to KTL's requests for info, audio, video, etc, for 2 weeks. The dealership told me that KTL would take a week to respond, clearly passing the buck. Anyway, this was the 3rd trip, 3rd repair for the car, which stayed in dealer's hands for 7 weeks. The problem was evident on the first turn out of the dealer's lot. DONE. Have moved on and brought the car to another dealership, where it now sits for a few days.
