The F Sport gets a more aggressive version of Lexus's "spindle" grille. Any fans? Any at all? The NX's angles look their bent from this angle. Note shoulder bowing out beneath the windows.
Angry face. At least it's not boring. Gayla liked the shade of blue. Lincoln didn't take nearly as much of a risk, clearly basing its design on the Audi Q5's.
Viewing the NX directly from the side reveals proportions far from athletic. Scads of overhang. Why is there so much front overhang? Quite a few inches could have been shaved ahead of the engine.
People who don't care for the NX's face will prefer this angle. As on other recent Toyota and Lexus designs, the tail lamps stand proud of the body.
The NX's interior is as edgy as its exterior. Nicely finished. The Lincoln's interior is more visually soothing. On the flip side, it's not as sporty.
There's a lot going on, but details aren't badly integrated. Upholstered passenger side of the IP. Any resemblance to a cockpit is purely intentional. The touchpad needs to be easier to use.
Aggressively bolstered driver seat in the F Sport version. If you fit, you'll find it comfortable. NX's back seat is roomier than the MKC's. If you want more, you're looking in the wrong segment.
Decent performance, good fuel economy. A respectable first direct-injected turbo four. For more thrilling engine noises, spin this dial.
