Jan 2019 23000 mi	Scheduled meeting with Regional Lexus/Toyota Field Technical Specialist. Regional specialist went on 1 hour test drive/ride and then connected his computer/laptop to my vehicle. After 2 hours into a data dive, he identified a recurring problem on the days at the times and at the speeds I reported to the Dealer that the car severely malfunctioned. He diagnosed the problem to be the malfunctioning of the 4th gear solenoid. He authorized replacement of the entire transaxle/transmission. I have not experienced any problems with the new transaxle/transmission. Integrated Audio controls failed. Navigation/Audio/Environmental system replaced. It had had the operating system updated earlier and Dealer agreed that if the system malfunctioned again, it would be replaced at no charge.

Jun 2019 20000 mi	My Lexus had a weird vibration around 2000 RPM. About June 2019 after I got tired to hear my Lexus acting like a Sports car. I search the web and found that this problem is unique to some 2016 Rx 350. In Lexus Owner's club I found a technical Bulletin about this problem and how to fix it. Took it to Lexus and they were amazed, not only that they did not know about it, but the Master Mechanic took my papers and examined the drawings and then asked me: Do you really want to do this? What it is is a 2"x2"X1-1/2" heavy rubber part attached to the bottom of the exhaust pipe ahead of the catalithic converter on a rod extension welded to the exhaust!! As a matter of fact I already built one as per others on the web, however I preferred the factory edition. It reduced the vibration by 50 percent, not more.

Jul 2016 8000 mi	F-Sport with the heads-up display has double images of bright lights, such as LED taillights, stoplights, and streetlights at night. The ghost images float 1/4" below the actual image until you get closer. Other F-Sports with HUD are similar.
Jan 2017	A/C gurgling/hissing noise addressed in a Lexus Service Bulletin by replacing A/C hoses and expansion valve. Noticed first day had car, took it in three days later. Dealer advised us a TSB would eventually be issued. Took eleven months. Noise repaired so Rear liftgate ECM replaced under a Lexus campaign. Functionality of rear liftgate when placing hand over Lexus logo is greatly improved. We never took it to the dealer for that issue but it was noticed after a few weeks of ownership.
Mar 2017 16000 mi	Software update on transmission controller per a Lexus TSB. Vehicle originally lagged in normal mode and had to be driven in sport mode to get quick downshifts when passing. After TSB, response time is improved, but still lags in some areas. The transmission is still not Lexus smooth as in other vehicles from the same brand even after the software update.
Apr 2017 20000 mi	When filling the vehicle to the first click on a fuel pump, there is a knocking noise coming from the fuel tank area that can be heard while lightly accelerating or on a slight incline (nose up). The noise does not subside until more fuel is used from the tank.
