6-speed shiftable CVT FWD		 It is between 25-29.2 on the highway depending on headwinds. It seems sensitive to wind, mileage-wise. In town is excellent. In 4k miles the worst tank has been 23.2 when it was brand new and very cold out. City mileage is understated in my opinion. see full Nissan Maxima review
