It gets 29mpg highway if you keep it at 70mph. Just completed 700 mile weekend trip with extended 85-90mph speeds, averaging 26.5mpg. Avg 22/23 in the city. Can run regular with only slight performance degrade. What other 260hp car gets this mileage?

Fuel economy is outstanding for such a fast car. At a steady 100 km/h speed, I can keep my economy numbers at 7.5 L/100km or lower

I had hoped for better economy from 2.3L, but it is really really really hard not to go like a bat out of hell with all of the available power!
