Steering rack is making noise when wheel is turned at low mph. Shop ordered new rack assembly but discovered even though my XL7 is a 2007, it actually has a 2008 part installed. Weird. |

Manumatic linkage box fuses went bad. Suzuki only offers replacement of the entire linkage box ($700+) instead of $30 fuses that mechanic could have easily replaced had they been available from manufacturer. Very frustrating. |
