Drivers seat broken, electric seat would not move due to motor failure. Seat-back would not move back or forward. Repair required the vehicle to be at the dealership at a week since the back of the seat needed to be fully replaced. Originally the entire cost would have been >1000 dollars, but the dealership waived the cost of the part and only charged for the labor involved. 
16000 mi standard maintenance. forgot to mention about problem about not being able to unlock all doors by placing hand on door handle of driver's side
