68000 mi Driver side CV joint failed and would cause vibration under acceleration at highway speeds intermittently. Very difficult problem to reproduce. Took 3 trips to 2 different dealers to resolve the problem. The first dealer would not even look at the car unless the problem could be reproduced (2 visits to Norm Reeves, no resolution even though I suggested it is the CV joint). South Coast VW found the problem based on my description first try.
14000 mi

US $220
Vibration at highway speed. The whole car vibrates, not just a steering wheel. Dealer balanced the wheels. Did not fix the problem.
