Check engine light - leak in a hose in the emissions system. Had to order parts so car was there overnight. Had a loaner car so not a problem.

After picking up car from emissions system repair, over the weekend (on my way to dealer to look at S80 that I traded for) the check engine light came back on.
added one quart of oil 1,000 miles after last oil change; checked oil at next gas fillup, down half quart after 345 miles. took car to dealer who added oil to bring it to full on dip stick and started documenting the excessive oil consumption. research shows this is a problem with the 2015 Volvo xc60.
Car wouldn't start after a 10-minute stop for gas: starter turned and turned, nothing -- check engine light went on. Towed to dealer, where it started. They could find nothing wrong with starter, ignition, software, etc. I concluded it was something in the fuel line that "passed." No charge for diagnostics - under warranty
41000 mi
Car reluctant to start after a 10 minute stop when 4 gallons of gas were left in the tank, then got "engine running slowly" warning light. Dealer could find nothing wrong. Dealer suggested that there is a design flaw in this Volvo year/model in which spirited rural driving when fuel tank has as much as 1/4 tank left -
involving sharp turns -- introduces air into the fuel line, which has to work itself through the engine before it will run properly. I am doubtful. Since the car was in for 40000 mile service, I insisted that they look into the low-gas-tank engine not starting problem more thoroughly. Accordingly, they ran another diagnostic which showed that it was not a design flaw, as it had been suggested to me, but a sensor problem, and they needed to replace the engine speed sensor and 2 crankshaft position sensors.
