An asterisk (*) marks results based on small sample sizes.
General NotesModels and statistics marked with an asterisk (*) have very low sample sizes. These results, visible only to logged-in members, provide only a rough estimate of car reliability.Any result under 20 repair trips per 100 cars is likely a result of the small sample size, and should be expected to increase to 20 or so in future updates.
New models often start out with high repair rates, and then improve as the manufacturer identifies and addresses common problems. MethodologyOnly successfully completed repairs are currently included in the analysis. Routine maintenance, most wear items, recalls, and problems fixed with just a reflash or warning light reset are not included.

A total of more than 33000 miles with this car and the only issue of note is a minor rattle that came up that I isolated to the dash gauge cluster cover. My local dealership took care of this under warranty and haven't had any further issues. The engine is a thing of beauty; just give it regular oil and filter changes. |
| 2010 | 4dr Sedan 201-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed manual FWD |
The build quality of the Acura is impressive. Materials and interior styling are not necessary luxurious, but solid and feel pleasant to the touch. The historical quality of a 4 cyl/ 6 speed manual Honda should be top notch. |

This is my first Acura. However, the brand has a good reputition of reliability. Yet to be seen and hope it all true. |
| 2007 | 4dr Sedan 205-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
The car has only had maintenance (minimal at that) and no repairs. It shows no signs of wear or aging. |

No problems to report as of yet. Reliability was highest in its class on many reviews including Consumer Reports and Edmunds. |
| 2006 | 4dr Sedan 205-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed manual FWD |
I have only had one problem that was quickly fixed under warranty, and it was not drive train related. Otherwise not a problem. |

Honda / Acura are known for their reliability. |
| 2004 | 4dr Sedan 200-horsepower 2.4L I4 5-speed shiftable automatic FWD |
This is my first Honda brand product but I expected good reliability, based on friends who owned them and general reputation. I've not been disappointed in any way. |
| 2004 | 4dr Sedan 200-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed manual FWD |
Apart from the lighting behind the radio and climate control buttons, there's not a single thing wrong with it. It's a Honda product from the good old days when that meant implicit quality with no ifs, ands, or buts. (Except for that radio thing, I guess.) It's a 2004 with 143,000 miles as we speak, the last 40,000 of which I personally put on over the last year and a half, and the only sign of its age is some wind noise around the drivers' side door seal. |
| 2004 | 4dr Sedan 200-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed manual FWD |
My research shows that this is one of the most reliable cars on the market today. |
