Elevated temperatures and lackluster AC performance solved with fan replacement as mentioned in next entry. Accessory belt tensioner also possibly dragging, preemptively replaced. Radiator will be replaced soon on separate repair. (Update: Radiator not replaced, in acceptable condition, no leaks)
