9000 0 Passenger side windshield wiper replaced because it would not wipe over the entire length of the blade. 
16000 0 From the very beginning, a minor rattle manifested itself on rough pavement; finally located problem during routine maintenance. The problem was a loose exhaust shield; tightening the shield corrected the problem. Driver seat belt would not retract readily. Belt was removed and untwisted to correct the problem.

34000 776 Added (not replaced) rear-end alignment kit. The 2006 TSX does not provide for camber alignment. Before kit, tire life was limited to 17,000 miles. Alignment on both wheels changed from 0.6 degrees to 0.0 degrees.

1000 0 The auto-dimming rear view mirror fails to properly dim. When I took delivery of the car it was dimmed most of the time, even in daylight; this eventually degraded to not dimming at all.

Car had to be taken in a second time, weeks later, when power steering fluid leaking on garage floor. Problem diagnosed as a car returned for power steering fluid leak. Dealership replaced steering rack.

0 purchased used. Front driver-side wheel bearings replaced within a week for free (dealership 3mo/3,000mi warranty). 
65000 0 radio lights and HVAC lights stopped working. Fixed under Acura's extended warranty (100k miles) for this particular problem with 2004 model. 
67000 195 Lights for buttons around HVAC and radio would not stay illuminated. Radio had to be replaced. 
88000 130 Cruise control switch replaced. Cruise control would only work if the "cruise" button was pressed at all times.
