It took me 3 visits to dealer (20days+)to fix. Problem came from driver side B-pillar and sub-frame where they welded together. The welding spots were rubbing against the hard molding plastic (trim panels). Fixed.I almost declared lemon car.

Front cup holder: It is not that easy to open the lid. When I push on the lid it sometimes gets stuck in the middle of swinging open. A rubber seal the dealership replaced before delivery: There is a gap between the rubber seal and windshield. I came by the next Friday, which was October 17th. The dealership gave me a new front cup holder, which is they had ordered for me last week. On the driver’s door, there is a distinct gap between the door interior panel and the door itself. I could easily look through the gap and see some electric circuits inside.
