43000 464 Had the car inspected and the mechanic noticed that the rotors where pitted to the point that they would not pass inspection. Replaced and installed new rotors The bushings on the front sway bar where completely worn out to the point that you could move the swaybar side to side by hand. Replaced both bushings and the play went away

50000 900 Memory seat recall button was not working. Dealer replaced memory seat switch and door module. Front left wheel hub bearing is making noise. Dealer claims it is tire noise. I switched tires and the noise still exists. Present only on left side during right hand turns, not on right side during left hand turns.  
61000 175 Vehicle was not maintaining fuel pressure after warm-up and would act like it was out of fuel. Fuel pump was replaced along with fuel filter. 
65000 0 A/C condensate drain was plugged and caused water to pool in the front passenger footwell. Drain line was removed, cleaned, and reinstalled.

37000 100 AWD would not engage and the front wheels would not function leaving the AWD truck a 2WD vehicle. Front and rear sway bar links had excessive play and front sway bar bushings were worn. 
39000 0 MV has intermittently had a problem with the drive train binding up. Additionally, there has been a distinct thump sometimes when stopped and the car is in drive feeling almost like you have been rearended. 
41000 100 High speed fan setting on heater blower seemed slow to me. Dealer stated all other Rainiers had the same fan speed. Stereo sound did not sound the same on each side of the vehicle. Dealer replaced radio head unit and amplifier.

60000 60 One of the tensioner pulleys in the fan belt system had excessive play in it. The bearing was going bad. The tensioner was replaced without issue. 
62000 350 Air suspension was not functioning correctly. Both rear height level sensors were replaced and the problem was corrected. 
62000 1050 Air shocks and air compressor replaced due to the shocks leaking and the compressor no longer working. 
64000 1249 Strong fuel smell coming from underside of vehicle. Diagnosed as a rotted out fuel line assembly. Fuel lines replaced and problem solved. Sadly it was very labor intensive.
