2012 Buick Regal 4dr Sedan

turbocharged 270hp 2.0L I4 6-speed manual FWD

22500 mi   The drive shaft was replace and it was making a clocking noise at low speeds 
3000   There is a long delay/pause when shifting from first to second gear. Dealer said 'thats normal'. 
24000   Have a manual trans. Would not stay in second gear, the shifter would pop into neutral. Dealer replaced full transmission under warranty. 
27000   Clutch replaced, problem persisted after I took it home. Slave cylinder replaced. Transmission still leaked again after it was home a second time and needed removed again and inspected, seal replaced. Home for third time now.

2011 Buick Regal 4dr Sedan

turbocharged 220hp 2.0L I4 6-speed manual FWD

29760 mi   Gear shift linkage had to be replaced because the reverse gear lock out mechanism was not latching (i.e. could put car into reverse without pressing the latch button). NB: 6-speed manual transmission.

2011 Buick Regal 4dr Sedan

182-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD

72000 mi   The car would not advance past the 1st gear. Also, the car could not go in reverse. The transmission was totally rebuilt. The warranty costs to GM were between $4000 to $5000. 
48000   Trans was acting like it was slipping, and very, very hard shifting. Hard downshift, too. Dealer unable to replicate problem. No repair made 
70500   Solenoid valve and TCM Replacement. Car would get stuck in gear and would slam if it did shift. Threw engine svc code. Solenoid valve was stuck in on position. 
8000   Shimmy at low speed. Half shafts replaced.

supercharged 240hp 3.8L V6 4-speed automatic FWD

132000 mi US $1500 complete transmission rebuild. upon repair found that a shifter kit was previously installed. bought used Sept. 2010 from dealer who touted as being employee owned, one owner car with no previous problems. Purchased at Crown in Holland MI
