10000 mi   I was initially told that my Driveshaft had to be replaced. I later found out that the driveshaft support bearings had to be replaced. The car never drove badly, it simply made an irritating knocking sound. Like a card in bicycle spokes.

2000 mi   Speedometer wouldn't work, but tach worked fine. Replaced instrument cluster. 
12700   Spoiler was loose, and caused paint to chip under the right edge on deck lid. Deck lid had to be repainted, and spoiler attached per TSB. Also had all other TSB issues checked, and routine oil change performed.

2000 mi   Had NO warning chimes or blinker sounds ( clicking when a blinker is on) UNLESS the radio was on. Silent when off. The radio is the source for all these warning and other sounds. They replaced the radio and it all works again. 
3000   a nut from the spoiler fell off into the trunk lid. This was AFTER the dealership retorqued the nuts when they found the spoiler loose from the factory. as noted by forum members. I guess their re torque wasn't done well

28000   Check engine light and Stabilitrak warning lights came on, transmission would not shift. After re-start, only check engine light on and shifting worked. Took to Dealer, replaced a valve in TCM. 
30000   Sensor for the power brake system was faulty, intermittently reported problem to power train system several times over several month period (via Check Engine light), when no brake problem existed. 
30000 US $365 Brake Booster vacuum line collapsing after engine start, causing vacuum to drop, trigger Check Engine Light...replaced brake booster line. Also, original battery near end of it's life, was replaced.

7000 mi   Right rear wheel was bouncing over bumps at highway speeds. I suspected a bad shock absorber. Dealer said this was normal at the end of the first trip. A week later I noticed oil leaking from shock. Dealer replaced at end of second trip. 
54000 US $55 Tire pressure sensor went bad and was successfully replaced by the Tire Rack while they installed a new set of tires. 
92000   Service order says: Tech scanned found code P2099 for post catalyst fuel trim high limit bank 2. Tech tested fuel system, tested fuel, and injectors with GDS2 and found exhaust leak at left side engine manifold to converter. Gasket replaced. 
101000   The exhaust manifold to catalytic converter gasket seems to have gotten leaky again. Dealer could not resolve it on the first trip. I am going to take it back in on Friday. Driver side exhaust manifold gasket developed a leak and was replaced by the dealer mechanic.

5000 mi   Bluetooth streaming was randomly disconnecting. GM had update for software but it was corrupt and wiped out aux port/radio bluetooth. Took 2 trips in October before software was installed correctly 
6000 US $1053 Car became difficult to shift and over the course of 25 miles became stuck in 1st gear. Towed to dealer. Dealer reported pressure plate bolts came lose. GM authorized entire tranny replacement and new clutch. 30 days mostly waiting for parts. 
25000   Blower motor making high pitched whining noise when running. Dealer ordered new blower motor and waiting for part.
