2008 Chevrolet HHR 4dr Wagon

turbocharged 250hp 2.0L I4 4-speed automatic FWD

3000 mi   HHR SS will NOT stop at the very first stop sign in my subdivision. The brakes push back very firmly even with both feet on the brakes. 3rd time in shop for same problem. Technical Service bulletin 08--5-22-001 issued on this problem. GM & NHTSA notif 
8000 US $70 Car still will not stop when first started in the morning going downhill. After that, all is well. 
35000   Chevy failed to install a booster pump for brakes on HHR SS's- all of them. They had to completely redo computers, wiring harness, reroute several hoses, add in a vacuum booster pump and all hardware.

26000 mi   Rotors had to be turned for some reason. Also, the electrical system was acting funny. 
41000   ROTORS WARPED FOR THE SECOND TIME. NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SO REPLACED THEM MYSELF.
