3000 mi HHR SS will NOT stop at the very first stop sign in my subdivision. The brakes push back very firmly even with both feet on the brakes. 3rd time in shop for same problem. Technical Service bulletin 08--5-22-001 issued on this problem. GM & NHTSA notif
