92300   Engine light came on P440 Very small vaccum leak. Replaced fuel cap with aftermarket cap. If you drill a hole to reattach the cap lanyard be sure to use sealant in the hole before reinstalling the lanyard.

114000   Engine light on Code P0441 Evap System Pressure.

74000 mi US $200 Dealer replaced Steering Rack. Brought van back the following week due to creaking sound in front end. Their idea to fix was to apply grease on the rubber bushing that connects the stabilizer bar to the frame. Now bushing pops out when under stress/bump. Rubber bushing popped out and stabilizer bar shifted to the right. Had to gingerly drive to local repair shop. They were able to fasten the bushing around the stabilizer bar but cautioned that due to wear on the clamp, it could pop out again.

48603 mi C $926 EGR valve failure, tune up, fuel service and ignition wire set. Also cylinder 6 was misfiring  
57660   Steering rack leaking. Leaking water pump Front brake pads were at 3mm and needed to be replaced, and front rotors needed to be replaced. 
59520   Front driver's side wheel had grinding noise as it rotated through specific points on the wheel. Sound would disappear at higher speeds (eg. over 20 km/h). Dealer fixed front lower control arm bushing and lubed sway bar bushings. Fixed.  
64480   Leak in radiator due to separation of the radiators side walls (where it is crimped together). Leak originated along the passenger side of the radiator. Had to completely replace radiator. 
69440   Passenger side rear rim had corroded. As a result, the tire was leaking air
