Why the 2003 Ford Expedition?

Past personal experience

Rock solid reliability and good fuel economy for the class. Interior surfaces wear well, feel good and are aesthetically pleasing.

Ride smoothness

Long trips place a premium on ride quality. The ride is smooth without being too soft and boat-like. I routinely travel 300+ miles without stopping and the ride comfort is key.

Quietness

I drive a minimum of 80 - 100 miles each weekday in Atlanta traffic. The ability to attenuate exterior noise helps keep my environment enjoyalbe and limit the stress from my environment.

Cargo capacity

I used it like a pickup during my complete home renovation and also tow my toys (enclosed motorcycle trailer and a heavy ski boat).
