16000 mi   The lid on top of the dash was delaminating causing bumps on the surface when the hot sun beat down on it. It took the shop about 10 min. to replace and a good job was done. Also a door seal was ordered for the L/R door becauseit keeps coming loose from t 
16000   I stated in Dec that the L/R door seal was ordered because it kept becoming detatched from the door frame. Service was done to do so and I was again very satified with the fast service and good work. It took the service dept about 15 mins. to replace whil 
18000   Rear pads ended up metal to metal in 18000 Mi. and when I questioned dealership about this, they acknowledged that there was a TSB for this because of wrong compound in the rear pads. They also replaced the rotors. The front brakes are very slightly worn. 
32000   I have not had to have any repair work on our 500 since Jan 08 other than regular oil changes and tire rotations. It is pretty hard to grade our service dept's proficiency because of this vehicle's reliability. 
36000   After rotating tires and checking brake wear, I decided to replace the rear pads because they were getting close to their service life. I felt they wore a bit prematurely (16k miles) because the original rear brakes were replaced under a TSB at 20k miles.

30000 mi   REAR SHOCKS MAKING A RATTLING NOISE. FORD DEALERSHIP TECH DETERMINED THEY WERE WORN OUT AND REQUIRED REPLACEMENT

14890   Groan or squeak during turns. Replaced steering stops. 
16000   Reported unacceptable amount of brake dust to rear wheels; dealer replaced brake pads on all four wheels. 
19000   Steering stops required greasing, even though they had been replaced about 6 months prior. 
35000   Tear in driver's seat leather at stitching; part ordered. Occasional hesitation or clunk, as if transmission slipping. Told could not replicate. Informed dealer of TSB for problem. Dealer will look into when they replace the seat cover on the driver's side. 
36000   Took car in to have driver's seat cover replaced. Dealer replaced wrong seat cover (pass side). New seat covers ordered for BOTH front seats. Said valve body in transmission defective. At first, they were going to replace it per the TSB. Then they decided to just update the software, despite the TSB instructing them to do replace the valve body. Seems to be doing better. 
44000 US $400 Grinding noise from rear; had to replace both rear rotors and pads. Funny because rear brakes replaced under TSB at 16000 miles.... 
61000   A/C compressor went out and had to be replaced 
70000   Rough shifting. Dealer replaced throttle body and top engine mount. Replaced washer fluid reservoir. Float was broken in original causing "Low Washer Fluid" to illuminate in message center on start-up
