Engine code indicated an air leak. Mechanic discovered pinched hose under the transmission. Replaced it. For some unknown reason, the cooling system was almost empty of water! The engine overheated. There don't appear to be any leaks. Maybe mechanic disconnected a water hose when fixing previously reported problem of a pinched air hose.
Replaced the electric starter switch because the ignition key couldn't be pulled out.
Burning oil smell. Running an oil consumption test.
Both check engine light and check gas cap light were on. OBD revealed EVAP leak caused by the gas cap. O-ring on the cap was greased, and the code was cleared. Was told to buy a new gas cap if the problem returned
alternator failed and was replaced
Harmonic balancer separated from (belt) pully. Dealer would NOT repair under 5yr/100,000 mile powertrain warranty!
