3000 replaced two of the three catalytic converters. Contacted dealership and Ford head office directly and neither could explain the reason for this type of repair. Third cat was replace 4 months later 
148800 900 Noise when turning. Shop determined it needed to replace the power steering pump. Shop suggested steering rack needs replacing. Car has been fine w/out this repair so far.
