17360 0 Water leak roof. Outside door molding fell off again. Rattle in dash. Transmission slips sometimes, clunks others, but normally works great GM aluminum Wheels are pitted all over, chev dealer says those aren't chev wheels so not warranty, well it's a gm truck so of course they aren't chev wheels, they are gm and they were on it when I bought it so fix it. I may have to discuss it with GM rep?
29760 600 Intermitent would not crank over, finally would not crank ever, towed to dealer, replaced electrical fuse and distribution center, then intermitent start, so they replaced starter and has fixed it so far. Truck runs out with DIC showing 68 km DTE, and fuel guage shows 1/8 tank left. Dealer replaced fuel sensor in tank. Now truck runs out of fuel when DTE says 105 KM DTE. Problem is worse now, Fuel gauage over 1/8 tank left, low fuel light does not come on. Rotors were warped and pulsating, pads still 60%. Replaced with aftermarket rotors and pads of good quality.
32240 0 Engine oil cooler lines leaking at crimp Hose-tube near radiator. Dealer says not leaking bad enough. I am going to call GM and complain. Vehicle runs out of fuel above 1/8 tank on gauge and 76L used on DIC. Worse now than before fuel level sensor was changed. Dealer says Diagnostics shows 60% and fuel gauge says 60% so must be ok. I will take truck to them when about to run out.
35340 0 Wheels were sent out for refinishing to correct pitting, peeling white spots. replaced leaking engine oil cooler lines, previously took to a different dealer who said "normal leakage" fuel pump and sensor replaced to fix problem -ran out of gas at 1/4 tank, finally fixed problem 5th time in 4 repair.

100 New intermediate steering shaft to fix steering clunk
0 Fix steering clunk again by disconnecting intermediate steering shaft and fully extending and retracting a bit, then re-connecting.
89000 500 4x4 transfer case had a hole in the housing, caused by broken anti-rattle clip that allowed the steel pump to rub against the softer magnesium housing. Well-known problem that affects higher mileage non-HD GMT-800 trucks.
106000 5 Problem with 4x4 transfer case pump rubbing a hole in the external housing re-appeared. It wore through the JB Weld patch after about 11 months. Re-applied JB Weld. Will have to replace pump and get new half of the t-case housing next time it happens.
119000 300 Bad left front wheel bearing. Replaced pads and rotors at same time. Replaced pads and rotors at same time.
128000 10 4x4 Transfer case pump wore another hole in the housing. Patched with JB Weld, ordered new rear case half and a part that will prevent the problem from happening again for install in the next couple weeks.
135000 450 Installed parts to fix transfer case pump rub issue.
181000 300 Oil pressure sending unit was bad and would report no oil pressure at RPM's above 3,000.
204000 0 Passenger side AC blowing hot air, driver side started blowing hot air as well. Problem only happened occasionally. Research showed blend door issue. Tried reset trick involving pulling fuse while system on. So far problem has resolved
213700 187 Service 4x4 warning message. I have put off for 2 years by keeping transfer case in Auto. Message was only displayed in 2wd mode. Problem is well known encoder motor sensor in the transfer case. I replaced the entire encoder motor.
221000 11 SES light came on. Had codes read and tool reported MAF error. Forum search suggested cleaning MAF screen first. Bought MAF sensor cleaner at AutoZone. Light has not come on for a couple weeks now. Truck feels more responsive as well.
225000 100 P0332 code - engine knock sensor. Known problem if water gets under intake manifold from washing/splashing in this 5.3 motor.
228500 900 Tie rod ends replaced. Not bad since they were originals. Front differential seals leaking and actuator leakng.
230000 0 re-attempted knock sensor repair
232000 160 Replace the driver side and passenger side vent door actuators. Was experiencing issues with occasional hot air blowing out of events when the AC was on. Saved at least $700 doing the repair myself. Wipers would only work on high. Intermittent settings would not work nor did the windshield washer fluid work. Internet research to determine problem was most likely wiper motor control board.
242000 200 Wheel hub bearing assembly on driver side front was starting to go bad again. Passenger-side was okay but replaced as well.
243000 60 Driver side heated seat pad (bottom) went out
