Operation more pronounced in cold temps, but otherwise normal. Seatbelt/power "ON"/headlight warning chime sounded like it might fail. Again, techs checked with Honda TechLine, and found that cold weather could cause the behavior.

May have it rectified later--dealer documented it, and is willing to do the repair (and Honda will honor the warranty even on this).

(This is the only area where my dealer's given me consistent pushback.)
