Sep 20171500 mi | Driver's side window would intermittently stop functioning. At the same time, the driver's side power folding mirror would stop functioning. The master control switch was replaced. The hands-free lift gate is very difficult to operate. Asked if the sensitivity could be adjusted. Was told no and given instructions on how to operate it. Asked the service rep to try it out. They were equally unsuccessful and brought out three more people to try it. No one could get it to operate 100% of the time regardless of technique. This was not repaired. Passenger side tailgate hinge garnish was cracked. Dealer of purchase noted it on delivery. Repair dealer replaced part, scratching new part in the process. Said it wouldn't be covered under warranty because it was physical damage. Dealer of purchase footed the bill. Occasionally when cabin watch is active and the rear entertainment system is playing a DVD or Blu-Ray, a loud static noise emits from the speakers, the video playback freezes and the CabinWatch camera video disappears, replaced by the message, "Camera System Problem. Image cannot be displayed." Problem rectifies itself after the car is turned off for 10-15 minutes. No known fix available. Dealer could not replicate because they didn't have a DVD to try. Dealer of purchase suggested waiting until the next software update in January (four months away).

No pattern detected. Multiple engine shut-downs and restarts will usually reboot the system.
Dec 201832000 mi | The touch screen for the audio system was freezing up with satellite channel selections, was also slow to boot up at engine startup. Other times, audio system would NOT boot up at cold starts.
