Wear item or not, should not go out this soon, dealership promised warranty repair, had car over 1 week, no work done, then suddenly wanted $1300 to repair, declined, took to another shop. Continuation of previous problem, took to local KIA dealership (Hyundai owns KIA), Clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel replaced(Hyundai dealer told me to drive on it, when it went out it destroyed the flywheel, throw out bearing and pressure plate) 
61380 mi Squeaky clutch when depressing and releasing. Parts ordered. Clutch release bearing replaced. Car had a hard rattle after released from shop and had to be brought in just to find out what wasn't tightened properly. Ready the following day without problems.
