37000 mi		 Evaporator would freeze up stopping airflow when using heat and defrost. Dealer would deny being able to recreate the issue and return the car. We finally were able to demonstrate the issue to them. They did several repairs that did not fix the car. Finally, a new shop manager, that cared, fixed it by replacing the Black Box (almost all internal AC components) under warranty. Then that good shop manager was soon after fired.

32000 mi		 Replaced trunk latch at no cost, per recall. Depending on outdoor temperature, the trunk would not open either from the key fob or driver side pull lever.
