72300 mi US $650 Both Oxygen Sensors required replacement. Two separate repair instances within 2 weeks

63000 mi   O2 sensor replaced 
96000 US $168 Engine ck lite, required reprogramming by Ford Tech support. No known cause, said could be from EZ-Pass road toll sender,I don't so, been in car from new purchase Sep '08, first time issue 
57000 US $769 Car would shut off during driving and would not restart at all. First told it was the throttle response which had to be replaced, but learned after the second occurrence, that wasn't the problem.  Once again would shut off unexpectedly while driving, and would not restart. Had the car towed to the Ford dealership where it sat for 4 days before they'd finally found out what the problem was. All sensors were scanned, and replaced. 
63000   Car is still in the shop being looked at 
2000   Electronic starter would not start vehicle. Crank signal was not detected. Also no PCM signal. PIN 46 in connector C133 was pushed out of connector. Pin connector was retensioned. So far vehicle is running with no problems.
