| Dec 201746500 mi | Dealer replaced the PTU, or AWD power transfer case under warranty. Apparently they do fail occasionally. I was smelling this odd, burnt smell. When I called the dealer they identified it as a possible PTU, and when I brought it in they immediately put me in a loaner and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Great Lakes Ford service department, they have treated me very well. | ||
| Apr 201853500 miUS $100 | While doing a routine balance and rotate on my tires, the dealer gave the car a one-over, and discovered a problem with the positive battery terminal. The positive terminal was covered in corrosion, to the point that when they got it cleaned up the positive terminal was half gone. One again this dealer went above and beyond to save me money by replacing the terminal at a significantly reduced cost!!! | ||
