Axle needed to be replaced. The 2003 model year cars made prior to 1/1/2013 had faulty "soft" axles. This is a known issue you can search on Google. Horrible job by Ford to not issue a recall for this.
Rear differential housing sprung a leak and took rear end bearings with it. Replace and repacked bearings.
Steering idler arm, pitman arm and drag link replacement (significant amount of play and clunk at steering wheel). Rear diff cover leak, reseal diff cover. Transmission slips between 3-4 gear change, dropped pan to replace filter.
The shift indicator cable broke. When shifting into Park, it suddenly was reading Rark. And Neverse, Deutral and 2rive. After a week, the cable fully broke so it showed "1" all the time. I know my car is #1 all the time!
