vehicle--have been reported.
High pressure power steering hose needed to be replaced. Car was making a noise when first started but noise diminished when car engine was warm.
Took car in for oil change and Service Manager notified me that front tie rods (outer) needed to be replaced. Suggested I do it soon - this week because of a drive from Buffalo to Brooklyn. Took around 3 hours.
While driving notice noise from the front tires. Brought it to the dealership and they say that they must replace the right front Side wheel hub bearing.
Front left side wheel hub started making noise. Got it replaced by dealer on April 2012.
The power steering fluid was leaking and the failure was narrowed down to high pressure hose. Called Nissan Consumer affair and they agreed to pay a little over 50% of the cost ($300)
The passenger site boot was cracked and leaking grease. Ended up replacing the axle. Very surprised on such an early failure.
