12000 mi		 HVAC system wasn’t properly heating and the auto feature wasn’t working. Shop had to replace multiple parts of the system Plastic duct pieces associated with the HVAC system dropped into car from under the dash. Shop admitted the parts were broken during repair and bonded back in place. Shop again did a bond to see if it will hold up.
