YearBody/PowertrainComment
2007 2dr Hardtop conv. 217-horsepower 3.5L V6
4-speed shiftable automatic FWD
From the surveys I have seen, the Solara (Camry) has an edge in reliability over the G6. In addition, on test drive, the retractable hardtop stalled the first time we attempted to close it. We had to open it again and retry closing it.

Have had it in the shop 4 times. New Rag n pinion, control arm bushings, power lock and passenger window control, Power steering, Now the Drive shaft! All before 35,000 miles
2006 4dr Sedan 201-horsepower 3.5L V6
4-speed shiftable automatic FWD
The OE tires are starting to get loud with very low mileage on them. As mentioned above, the rattling noise from the loose screws makes for a very long drive. It took five visits before GM corrected the problems.
