2006 Toyota Highlander 4dr SUV

120000 mi US $550 pads replaced, rotor resurfaced 
22000   VSC light and message on dashboard. Dealer stated "brake accumulator" needed replacing. 
30000   TSB on brake actuator getting air trapped a causing it to clunk during braking. Bleading of the brake system provided a temporary fix, but it will need to be redone again as the noise has returned. 
31000   Brake Actuator is still having issues with trapped air causing a malfunction. 
35000   Brake Actuator is still having issues with trapped air and Toyota has not fix in place. I have been told it's a non-safety issue and can not be repaired. 
26000 US $450 Front brake pads worn 
37000   Rear rotors and pads had to be replaced due to rust due to infrequent use of vehicle. 
27000   ALL brake warning lights appeared on the dashboard along with "CHECK VSC SYSTEM". I had only manual (push pedal HARD) brakes. Dealer replaced ABS Actuator under warranty and paid 2 days of rental under warranty.
