29760 4 Plastic pin that holds glass to RR window regulator failed, I purchased pin at dealer and replaced it myself using information available on the internet for this common VW Passat window problem. 
36580 46 Engine temperature sensor failed, no drivability issues, but temp gauge on dash was showing erratic readings. Apparently a common problem, replaced old sensor myself in approximately 1 hour. 
45880 0 CEL came on, mechanic found 2 minor codes that showed intermittant and very minor leaks in EVAP system. Codes cleared, no drivability problems and CEL has not come back on. 
48980 352 Passenger side CV Joint boot failed, had both the passenger and driver side replaced at my mechanic. 
61380 530 Diverter valve, engine speed sensor and solinoid related to turbocharger needed replacement to clear EPC light on dashboard. 
65720 25 Windshield washer pump leaking. Replace pump and rubber grommet to resevoir. Easy DIY job. 
66920 40 Coolant expansion tank - sensor within that reports on fluid level in tank was failing & sending error message to driver. Not leaking. Replaced expansion tank myself, no other issues.
