Apr 2008 30000
31000 0 Software reflash for active xenon lights and 30k mile service. I think this is a TSB and not a recall since I did not know about it until I got to the dealer and have not seen any info on swedespeed about this either.
51000 0 Cracks in finish of Sapeli wood steering wheel (cosmetic defect). Cup holder cover (between front seats) was sticking, which is a common XC90 problem. Both replaced under warranty. LOF ahead of schedule to find any problems before warranty end (50k).
83000 100 Rear door (driver's side) lock module replaced. The door could not longer be opened from inside the car. Could only be opened from the outside. What a P.I.T.A. Can't remember exact part. Tech found worn steering system bushings as part of the multi point inspection as part of the LOF. Replaced under Volvo's VIP warranty fixed at the same time as the lock module replacement (problem 1 of Trip 1).
97000 100 Bushings in steering / suspension for the front wheels. This would have been a $1200 if I didn't have the extended warranty (only had a $100 copay).
