During last inspection, dealer incorrectly stated that 50% of the brake pads remained. 10,000km later, while on a vacation, the brakes began squealing loudly. I had to pay for a brake inspection. It was found that the brake pads were very thin and the squealing noise had come from a warning feature on the brake pad warning that it was time to replace the pads. The Honda dealer in my home town, later reimbursed me for the cost of the out of town inspection. I paid for a normal brake job. |
