Dirty throttle body causing engine cut off at stop lights. Cleaned throttle body and reset computer.

CEL came on, checked at Advanced Auto, code indicated a miss on #6. Shop found that valve cover gasket had deteriorated and was allowing oil into plug sockets which was fouling the #6 plug. Replaced all plugs will replace gasket next week.
66000 mi

US $700
This thing is falling apart. Will never buy another GM product.
66000 mi

US $300
Car was returned to dealer after throwing codes. Same two codes that required $1500 in repairs in October 2013. Dealer kept the car a week and told me that I had a burnt valve that would require $2700 worth of work. Engine is toast, Burnt valves at 3 & 6. Oil always changed at 3000 miles, always used branded gas. This GM built Isuzu Badged SUV has exhibited problems form early on attributable to incompetence in design and build. GM sucks, never again!
66300 mi Throwing codes left and right. Car was lightly used, with ALL maintenance performed on or before scheduled. Dealer can't fix. Put a half quart of Marvel Mystery Oil in the tank and other half in the oil pan. SOB has quit throwing codes.
