45880 mi | My car has also been having the VDC light coming on. The dealer early this year found nothing wrong with it, and they simply reset the computer. The light still came on a few times since then. But for the past few months it hasn't come on. |

Replaced ABS pump relay (with Nissan part 47605-C9900). Symptoms: After rolling (10-15mph), ABS/VDC/?? lights stayed on, heard a whirring noise in master cylinder area. Isolated to the ABS pump (via tactile vibration). A second time it happened, a tap to the relay box made it stop, as recommended by G35driver forum entry. Indicative of electromechanical relay in box going bad. This relay turns on the ABS motor briefly after startup and roll to check it. If stuck on, it could burn out the ABS motor. |

Front brake calipers were loose on their fully engaged pins, rattled over bumps. Can't totally blame the car since I had high-friction pads and "spirited" driving. OEM calipers from online dealer were ~$500, but I put on a big brake kit. |
