Air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling. Was blowing warm, outside air. Leak is underneath dashboard, requiring entire dashboard removal and reassembly. Cost mainly labor. Awaiting recall dashboard replacement from Lexus in July.

A/C wasn't cooling for a year. Determined evaporator coil was broken, which required complete removal and replacement of dashboard - many hours of labor. Had no choice but to wait until dashboard replacement program got the necessary part in. Waited two years and got the dashboard part in, so did the a/c work in conjunction with that.
