I could feel a light vibration in the cabin and suspected the engine mounts. True enough, once we had the car on the lifter and revved the engine we could clearly see that they were pretty much gone. The Nissan Murano uses a dynamic engine anti-vibration system wherein the front and rear engine mounts have pistons driven by electrical motors. This configuration allows the ECU to adjust the stiffness of the engine mounts depending on how fast the engine is revving to minimize vibrations entering the cabin. It is a brilliant system but it also means that the front and rear engine mounts are more expensive than your plain rubber-on-metal mounts. I could also feel a hesitation in the car when the accelerator is depressed quickly. It would describe it as a series of thuds that would last until I eased off on the accelerator. This issue has also now been fixed.
