I started a 9-12 month campaign with Mitsubishi for them to pair for the repair. While car was in shop I had other non-related parts replaced. Mitsubishi paid for the cross member failure repair after about 1 year. The cross member had recalls to monitor and apply anti corrosion materials as needed.
