| 2000 mi | Dealer has yet to receive parts for this problem. Suspect not ordered. Living with semi-functional fuel filler door for now. Valve stem with integral TPMS sensor broke off in hand while attempting to fill tire. Nearest dealer with parts assured problem could be fixed quickly under warranty. Dlr refused svce and attempted to charge. No damage to wheel/tire. Valve stem repaired under Hyundai warranty. Sick of dealing with Hyundai North America and spotty dealer network. Sold car, took proceeds and banked most - spent rest on used Saab 9-5. I'd rather have a fun unreliable car than a boring one. |

Relief valve broke within the valve stem while getting a tire replaced. Mechanic told me it was my fault for driving without the valve stem caps on because the aluminum valve becomes brittle. I didn't attempt a warranty claim. |
