2010 Lincoln MKS 4dr Sedan

turbocharged 355hp 3.5L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD

70000 mi seems a small actuary belnd motor behind the instramnet panel has a few broken gears. Told to wait till it breaks completely as cost is 400 dollars. I am ignoring and so far so good. silent. 
4000 mi I had to have the back up lights fixed they did not work. also at that time it easy access button pad had to be replaced because it was not working properly. Would not lock with the one touch option. Also one of the key fobs would only work if it was 2 in 
7000 mi Ehen they fixed the relay for the back up lights they screwed up the relay for the auto high beam function and that had to be fixed. 
10000 mi The access button pad had to be replaced again because it was not locking with the one touch option again. (This one still does not work properly). 
19300 mi The numbered entry pad is worthless. It works about 30% of the time for locking the doors. The dealer is refusing to do anything with it because it works once in a while. They say it works fine for them.

28000 mi dash vent discharge air usually at 50 degrees sometimes as low as 41 degrees on max AC with all controls properly set. At idle, compressor can be heard to cycle about every 10 to 15 seconds. AC does not adequately dehumidify interior. Audio supposed to be high-end. Very poor sound quality 90% of time. Adjustments avail to owner have no effect. Sounds like most music and voice is in a barrel. Dealer states OK. Requesting mfu to correct audio and AC.
